In spite of being produced in many farmhouses, currently, there are only tree wineries ascribed to the Regulatory Board eith the Origin Designation " BIZKAIKO TXAKOLINA ". The txakoli museum "TXAKOLINGUNEA" can also visited, there, you will be able to immerse yourself in the history and flavors of this fascinating world. The harvest is presented annually on March the 19th.
